Yoga

Hi! I managed to scape 1/2 hour to go in a quiet room and do some yoga postures... I felt great! forgot how good for the body and soul this is. Do it! do it! everything about yoga is positive: exercise muscles, quiet time, peaceful moments to listen to yourself and body. Hope to do it again tomorrow and the day after and the day after.... for myself, I deserve it! smiles! ;-)

  1. was thinking how fast time passes... even under circumstances that are not what we wish for. I just remembered neatly this time last year... and thought then by now things were going to be much different.. yet things are about the same... I guess I try to stay a little better with myself... Realizing that no matter what, times is gone when you think about it. Better enjoy!
    2 years... 2 years and still feeling this way? will this feeling ever go away?

  3. Holaaaa!! That thought comes always to me too, mostly when I think about my job... five years and still at the same position...always thinking: "sure next year it will be a change", but, no...it never happens. Still doing the same boring job. But good life starts when I get home, so who cares?
