amazingly beautiful, impressive event, the Transit of Venus 2012. For me it put things into perspective. The universe is grandiose, beyond us. Perhaps it would help to put our little/big issues into another dimension. Not complicated, simple, transparent, with character, bravery. Can we make it happen and appreciate what comes to us?

Yes, we marvel universe with its infinite, finite but unlimited as physics assumed, a universe in constant expansion but closed on itself, a universe of three dimensions as the surface of a sphere in four dimensions. Physical speculations on the infinite starry night. And we little people on a small planet revolving around his sun and all thrown into inconceivable velocity between stars and galaxies. But within our smallness, of the very few privileged alive and even more able to admire and be aware of such greatness and complexity, to be aware of ourselves, of being moreover able to love. Privileged human beings in this infinity.
