The beautiful moments that we feel watching such movies. The impact in our lives to always make a better world. Isn't that the point? Must be aware of the corruption and cruelty to realize the beauty and pureness of Being.

Snow

It is snowing, what a peaceful feeling, wherever you are when it snows, it all comes to a pause, it brings a unique peace to the day, to the moment. Do you feel it? focus and you will. It takes an instant. It is quiet, it is beautiful, it is free, everywhere you are. When you realize that there are no accidents, it is a feeling of full awareness that it is amazing. Wow, why did it take so long? what was I doing in the mean time?
My dear expats, and to all of you, wherever you come from. Now, take three deep breaths, focus on your breathing, deep breaths in and out, listen to your body. Start your own awakening. Your dear ones will feel closer, you will be thankful at so many levels.

Today is the day!

An important day today, enjoy it! live it! today I write again in my blog, after a long period of being away for various reasons. Today is the day, the first day of the skydiving school, beautiful weather, awesome airplane, ready to go! Even though I am not there in person I am in spirit looking at the blue skies and thinking of you.
No other recipe for joy but to stay present in the moment. Did you hear that?

la vuelta, the return... always difficult leaving the dear ones behind.  Difficult is an understatement of course. Let the birds fly away, memories stay alive. Yes, happiness is the way and not the destiny. Emotions all around, intense. Ideas, never lack ideas, must implement soon.Today was a mixed day, had a beautiful day with the kiddos, beautiful weather and nature, yet someone missing, dear ones. Being present and trying not to have regrets of a day's wasted. Smiles and hugs. Home made pizzas, love the smell!

hi! rise and shine! going back to the expat theme of my blog, give a pat on your own back, 'cause it is NOT easy, we are a minority and we need to fight extra. Although keep in mind that it makes us stronger. Fighting or dealing or simply enjoying the daily routine makes us wiser, we gain experiences. We have chosen another path, I hope you have too and was not imposed to you. Either way, wherever you are embrace the day. And no, it does not get any easier ... . Specially on days like this that I feel I just want to fly away, far away to where I always wanted to be. Still do it in my dreams though. Flying now to .... I am there!
